Is the deal really lifetime?

Yes. Every AppSumo tier is a Lifetime Deal: access begins when you redeem your code and continues indefinitely, subject to ongoing compliance with the AppSumo and Cleanlist terms.

Do I get future updates?

Yes. Your tier includes all future updates to its mapped Cleanlist plan — Starter for Tiers 1-2 and Pro for Tiers 3-7 — for the life of the deal.

What's the refund policy?

AppSumo offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on the deal, for any reason. Refunds are processed through AppSumo, not Cleanlist.

When a purchase is refunded (or stepped down), the credits that purchase granted are removed from your Cleanlist balance, down to a zero floor — your balance is never driven negative. If you've already spent into those credits, the remaining balance is reduced by what's left. See Credits & Refills.

How long do I have to redeem my code?

At least 60 days from the date of purchase. See Activate Your Code.

Can I upgrade my tier?

Yes. Upgrade on AppSumo during the campaign. When AppSumo notifies us of your new tier:

• Your credit allowance, team seats, and contact-list limits update to the new tier.
• You're granted the difference in the full per-tier period grant between your old and new tier — both the one-time bucket and the current month's monthly allowance — on top of whatever balance you've already accumulated.
• Your monthly bucket is refreshed to the new tier's amount, and future refills continue on the existing cycle at that rate.

Do my monthly credits roll over?

No. Monthly credits are use-it-or-lose-it. Any monthly credits you have not spent before the next 30-day cycle resets are forfeited — they do not carry over to the next month. Only the one-time credit bucket (granted at activation) and credits purchased via the add-on never expire and carry forward indefinitely.

How do I get more credits?

Two ways:

• One-Time Credits add-on on AppSumo — it starts at $39 for 500 credits and scales up to 10,000 credits. Purchased credits never expire, but the add-on itself is non-refundable.
• Review reward — leave a review of Cleanlist on AppSumo and claim a one-time 1,000-credit bonus from the Plans & Billing page in the app. The Cleanlist team verifies the review before the credits are granted.

What features do I get?

The same core features on every tier — see What's Included. Tiers 5, 6, and 7 also include API access and the CRM integration (HubSpot) with Enrich from CRM. Capabilities outside the deal are listed in Not in the Deal.

Does my deal include People Search or API access?

People Search: yes, with a metered quota. Tiers 1–4 get 20 lifetime searches + 5/month. Tiers 5–7 get 25 searches/month (recurring, no lifetime bucket). People Search is not unlimited on any AppSumo tier.

Public API: Tiers 5, 6, and 7 — yes. Those tiers include full access to the Cleanlist public API, including API key creation. Tiers 1–4 do not include API access. See Not in the Deal for the full boundary.

Is the AI Copilot included?

No. The Cleanlist AI Copilot is not available on any AppSumo tier — it is platform-blocked for AppSumo accounts. The Copilot is a self-serve paid-plan feature (Starter and above).

Exception: if you also subscribe to a paid Cleanlist plan on top of your AppSumo code (stackable credits), the Copilot becomes available through that Cleanlist plan. But the AppSumo deal itself does not include it.

Can I stack multiple AppSumo codes?

No. Each AppSumo license links to a single Cleanlist workspace, and a workspace runs on one license — codes do not stack. To get more credits, seats, or limits, upgrade your tier on AppSumo (or downgrade), and your plan updates automatically. To add one-off credits, use the One-Time Credits add-on.
