Cleanlist.ai sends notifications for important events like low credit balance, enrichment completions, and payment updates. Customize what you receive and how.

Notification Types

Notification Preferences
Customize your settings in the portal:

How to Configure
- Click the notification bell icon in the portal header
- Click Notification Settings at the bottom of the dropdown
- Toggle preferences on/off
- Adjust the credit threshold percentage
- Changes save automatically

In-App Notifications
The notification bell in the portal header shows:
- Unread count badge (red circle)
- Last 50 notifications sorted by time
- Each notification shows: icon, title, message, timestamp, read/unread status
- Mark all as read and Clear all actions at the bottom
Notification Actions
Some notifications include action buttons:
- Low Credits → "Add Credits" (links to billing)
- Enrichment Complete → "View List" (links to the lead list)
- Payment Failed → "Update Payment" (links to billing portal)
Low Credit Alerts
The low credit alert system:
- Checks your balance against your threshold after every credit deduction
- Baseline: 500 credits (so 20% threshold = alert at 100 credits remaining)
- Sends email to all org members who have email alerts enabled
- Creates in-app notification
- Won't send duplicate alerts within 24 hours
